For example, the Journal of Negative Results in BioMedicine ( http://www.jnrbm.com/ ), or the Journal of Negative Results - Ecology & Evolutionary Biology ( http://www.jnr-eeb.org/index.php/jnr/index ). Great piece. A small comment though:
